Douglas Steven 'Pete' Gadd, 57, died Friday, August 30, 2019, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. He was born January 17, 1962, in Holly Springs to Ray and Lucille Sides Gadd. He was a logging truck driver. He is survived by 1 daughter: Savannah Gadd of Hickory Flat; 4 sisters: Johnnie Grace Love (Bob), Brenda Mason (Thurman), Sandra Ash (Tommy), and Pam Price (John); 6 brothers: Raymond Gadd (Rosemary), Aaron Gadd (Geraldine), Wayne Gadd (Anita), Jerry Gadd, Joe Gadd, and David Gadd; and 2 grandchildren: Jayden Clanton and Jorden Clanton. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 brother: Bobby Ray Gadd; 1 niece: Molly Paige Poindexter; and 2 nephews: Paul Gadd and Richard Gadd. Rev. Jason Howell will officiate the funeral service.
